On dirait que cela provient du flux de Montréal, qui est distinct du flux national même si certaines régions pourraient obtenir leur propre flux de prévisions locales.

Satellite is still using the classic weather ticker even though a number of locations had the LDL bar showing current conditions and forecasts at a glance by this point installed from their cable providers. Looks like to me they were still on the spring/summer schedule at that time...
